Cleaning up your data

During the registration process of a SELECT account, your account is created before you are asked for payment. If you chose to cancel the payment part of the process for any reason, we need to make sure everything is reset and your data removed from the MY8 system.

We get it; there could be many reasons why you might want to abandon the registration purchase at the payment screen. What is important is that you have the ability to change your mind again and complete payment, or manually delete your data. If you choose not to manually delete your data, it will be automatically cleaned up after 20 minutes. Once your data is cleaned from the system, the MY8 you selected is then released and becomes generally available for selection.

Retry payment or delete your data
After cancelling out of a payment, you can either retry or delete all your data.
