By using MY.IO as a single source of truth for your data, any changes are made once, and filter through to those you've chosen to share that data with. Over time, We hope that MY8 will help you keep a track of who you have given permission to, and make sure that their records are correct. Give access to your data, not copies of it.

As a small example of how MY8 works, have a look at the profiles of the Team below. Each MY8 account has a DEFAULT CONTAINER that each user has added some information to. Clicking each button below will show you the contents of that Container that you are authorised to see. If that information ever changes, the revised data will be displayed. Likewise if the user decides to restrict or change the view of, or remove any data from the Container, this will also be reflected in the data displayed.
